Gingerbread House and More!
We LOVE LOVE LOVE to drive around and see all the lights and decorations at Christmas. One of our favorite parts for sure. This house below is about 5 minutes from our house and is one that is in the papers and on the news often for the record number of lights. They call it the lighted gingerbread house. Love it...

Some nights it is fun to stay in too. We love to gather our family around the piano and sing. They humor us with a few songs now and then. It is fun having a pianist who can play all the hymns now.
This is in someones garage. This guys is nuts, every few years he does something new. Last year it was a winter wonderland with penguins and snow and water falls, etc. This year a real moving carousel. Wow. Dovewood Court is amazing... next several pics are from that court.
Other side of the carousel.

We all got a great laugh out of this window display at one of the houses. Can't see it, but there is a red rider bb gun hanging on the wall behind the lamp!! The Whitten's would like this.
This is another house we went to... they take you inside and into the back yard. But the most amazing part of this was the village display that took up the whole kitchen. Everything with lights and motions... it really was amazing. We started playing I Spy. It was SO fun!!! This made me think of my sis-in-law, Cherie, who also collects village pieces.
