Old Town Sac

We had a fun evening the other night we went down to Old Town Sac to check out the decorations and festivities and just spend the evening together as a family. The kids steered us straight to their favorite candy store and we spent way too much time there. They had a hidden agenda the whole time I think. We walked around old town in and out of shops. Tried to go to Joe's Crab Shack, but it was too crowded so we ended up getting In and Out Burgers on the way home. But it was just fun to hang out together.
The boys each had a chocolate covered grasshopper. Bradley decided to bit it in half and check out the insides... that was pretty gross.

There is a reason that they call it Candy Heaven. You can also eat the candy in the store. As long as you eat it there, it is free (marked bins only.)

Brad likes this 5 pound Hershey's bar. It was 43. dollars, so we decided to just take a picture of it.
Love this sticker that was posted in the candy store!

Leah loved dancing with this Santa.

Jared liked the singing snowman!

Rod liked waiting for everyone!

Kiera found lots of fun things in the stores. I love these plaques.

Bradley bought this sweatshirt... I guess a Christmas gift for himself.

The kids came and asked me to take pictures of them on these swings. There is a little historic school house that I never noticed right in the middle of everything.

When we stopped at In and Out, one of my seminary students was working there. It was SO fun to see her smiling at all the customers and seeing how her talents are put to use outside of seminary!! I see them in action there daily!
We had a great evening and came home tired and ready for a good movie... that we all fell asleep during. :)
